Terms of Agreement and Contract

Minimum of 35 Adults for all Functions

  1. All deposits are non-refundable
  2. Date of the function is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.  Tentative bookings are good for one (1) week only.
  3. No alcoholic beverages are to be brought into Suzanne’s from outside.
  4. Suzanne’s reserves the right to change rooms depending on the size of your function or as a result of a drop in the number of persons attending.
  5. Suzanne’s must have the exact count of guests ten (10) days prior to the date of your function.  This will be the guaranteed amount you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend.  Food and beverages cannot be taken from Suzanne’s after functions.  We are not responsible for articles left behind or lost.
  6. Menu selections must be made three (3) weeks prior to the function so that the chef may properly prepare for your event.
  7. All sit-down dinners with more than one choice of entrée (maximum three choices) must have color coded place cards to properly identify each guest’s selection.
  8. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE TO BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES.
  9. No confetti of bubbles allowed.
  10. Payment must be made by cash or certified check.  Credit card payments are not accepted
  11. Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older.
  12. Suzanne’s reserves the right to inspect and control all functions. Liability for excessive damage or clean-up will be charged accordingly.
  13. Minimum gratuity $50.00 per server.

Please add 18% service and 8% New York State Tax to all functions.  (Service charge includes 13% gratuity and 5% administration staff charge.)

The quotation herein is subject to a proportionate increase to meet increased costs of foods and beverages in current commodity prices, labor costs, taxes or currency values.

Quotations cannot be guaranteed until the year of the function.
